Who I am ?
JULIAN HANISON F.N.A.E.A RET IoD
Starting out in May 1978, Julian specialised in property sales in the North-West London area.
He was a Partner at Martyn Gerrard. During this time he became a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.
In January 1990, he set up his own Lettings and Management property business, reacting to the change taking place in the London property market.
Hanison’s Letting’s & Management
Due to the expansion of his Landlord’s portfolios,he moved into his new offices in Hendon Central in 1995.
H.I.P.C Ltd (Hanison International Property Consultants)
Following on acting on the behalf of many Hong Kong fraud Policemen (ICAC) Since 1990,.
He sought out new business opportunities in Hong Kong undertaking several property exhibitions between 1993 to 1995.
Set up in 1998 to deal with residential property sales in North-West London. Working with his brother, Robert Hanison, He acted for many developers and investors during the next 15 years.

For the past 35 years, professional advice and highly personal service has been the hallmark of his business life.
Over this period he acted for Hong Kong Police for over 20 years, in addition acting for Diplomats, several Hospital Consultants, Chief Rabbi, Headmistress opening various international schools, Oil executives, accountants and Solicitors.
